Frequently Asked Questions

It is highly unlikely that legal action will be taken against a first aider given he or she was following best practice and had the right training. However, you should check with your company's insurance providers whether they cover first aiders' liability in their insurance policy.

Our 3-day First Aid at Work course is delivered through a mixture of both classroom, face-to-face training as well as distance learning where delegates are emailed course materials at the time of the booking. This means that the 3-day training course can now be delivered over 2-days of classroom training and 1-day of self-study at home.

This First Aid certificate is valid for 3 years.

Since emergencies are unpredictable, having an accessible & fully stocked First-Aid kit on any work site is crucial. An appointed person responsible for taking charge of First-Aid arrangements would also be needed.
