Our courses
These govern the legal terms regarding payments, cancellations, and rescheduling:
1. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing an email to us.

Refund policy (based on notice period before course start date):

≥14 days: 80% refund (20% admin fee).

7–13 days: 60% refund (40% admin fee).

<7 days / No-show: No refund.

Medical cancellations require proof (e.g. doctor's letter). A £60 admin fee applies to medical-related refunds.
2. Rescheduling

Requests must be made before the course begins by phone or email.

Rescheduling 7+ days before the course: allowed (rescheduling fee applies, subject to availability).

Less than 7 days: rescheduling not allowed; new booking required.

Delegates have up to 6 months from original date to reschedule, or a new booking must be made.

Plans with flexible rescheduling include one free reschedule.

If a delegate fails to attend or doesn’t reschedule, a new booking is required.
