1. Bookings

  • All prices are subject to change at our discretion.
  • Course bookings depend on the availability of spaces and required resources.
  • Customers must provide accurate personal and contact information. Errors such as misspelt names or incorrect address details may cause delays in the certification process.
  • Once a course is booked, confirmation emails are sent automatically. The customer will receive an order receipt, while the delegate will receive a booking confirmation email containing course details and instructions. It is crucial to read this email and complete any specified requirements.
  • If you do not receive the order receipt or booking confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder. If it is still not received within 15 minutes of booking, contact us during office hours (Mon-Fri 09:00-17:30) at 0333 344 1293 so we can resend it manually. Failure to notify us of missing emails will make you ineligible for a refund.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Course cancellations are only accepted with prior written notice before the course start date. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
  • Refunds will be processed as follows:
    • 14 or more calendar days before the course start date: A refund will be issued, minus a 20% cancellation administration fee.
    • Between 7 and 14 calendar days before the course start date: A refund will be issued, minus a 40% cancellation administration fee.
    • Less than 7 calendar days before the course start date: No refund will be issued.
  • In the case of non-attendance, you will not be eligible for a refund and will need to make a new booking.
  • If cancellation is due to medical reasons, evidence such as a doctor’s letter must be provided. A £60 administration fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you wish to use the Money-Back Guarantee option, please note that it applies only to courses we are unable to deliver or if you do not receive the course you booked.

3. Rescheduling

  • To reschedule your course, you must notify us via telephone or email before the course start date.

    • Requests made at least 7 calendar days before the course start date: Rescheduling will be accommodated, subject to availability, and a rescheduling fee will apply.
    • Requests made less than 7 calendar days before the course start date: Rescheduling will not be accepted, and a new booking will be required.
  • You may reschedule to a new date within 6 months of the original course start date, subject to availability. If you fail to attend or reschedule within this time frame, you will need to make a new booking.

  • If you have purchased a plan with flexible rescheduling, you must request to reschedule within the time frame specified in the plan. After this period, a rescheduling fee will apply.

  • Plans with flexible rescheduling include one free reschedule.

  • If you do not reschedule before the course starts or fail to attend the booked course, regardless of the plan purchased, you will be required to make and pay for a new booking to take the course in the future.

    4. Supply of Training

    • The course durations and times provided on our website, emails, or other materials are for general guidance only. Actual course lengths may vary due to factors such as class size, participants' prior knowledge/experience, or unforeseen circumstances. Course coordinators have full discretion over the start and finish times of individual sessions.

    • If changes to the course date or venue are necessary, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will strive to reschedule the course to a date and/or venue that closely aligns with the original arrangements. If this is not feasible, you will be given the option to either reschedule for another course or receive a full refund.

    • If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from delivering the course as planned, we reserve the right to cancel the course. In the event of cancellation, we will notify you promptly and provide the following options:

      • The opportunity to reschedule the course to a future date.
      • A full refund of the course fee.
    • Our liability for changes to course dates, venues, or cancellations is limited to the refund of the course fee. We will not be held responsible for any additional expenses you may incur, such as travel or accommodation costs.

      5. Admission

      • Full attendance is mandatory. Late arrivals will not be permitted to join the course, and no refund will be issued.
      • Candidates must meet all eligibility requirements for the training course they book. Please verify eligibility before reserving a spot. Ineligible candidates will be refused entry on the day of the course, and no refund will be provided.
      • Online reservations can be transferred to another eligible individual. Ensure all delegate information is accurate, as incorrect details may cause delays in the certification process.

      6. Abuse

      • We have a zero-tolerance policy for unacceptable behaviour or abusive language directed at staff or other delegates. Such behaviour will result in immediate removal from the course, and no refund will be issued.

      7. Certification

      • Paper certificates will be sent via Royal Mail to the address provided on the Course Registration Form. We are not liable for misplaced certificates. Replacement certificates are subject to a fee, which varies by course type and can be up to £60. For assistance with replacement certificates, contact our customer support team.
      • Upon receiving certification from the relevant body or department, we will notify customers via email using the email address provided at the time of booking. If the estimated certification turnaround time has passed and you have not received an email, check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.
