1. Consumer Cancellations (Direct Booking)

  • You have 14 calendar days to cancel from the date of booking.

  • For bookings made outside the 14-day period, cancellations must be submitted at least 14 days before the course starts.

  • Cancellations after the above window will incur the full course fee.

  • Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

2. Consumer Cancellations (Hurak.com Purchases)

  • You may cancel within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase ("Cancellation Period").

  • If the course is accessed (e.g., voucher redeemed), you forfeit your right to cancel.

  • To cancel, fill out a Cancellation Form and email us.

  • A full refund (if eligible) will be processed within 14 days after your cancellation is accepted.

3. Company Cancellations

  • Cancellations within 20 working days of the course will be charged the full fee.

  • Cancellations must be made via phone or email.

  • Course is considered started once access is given or registration is confirmed.

4. Non-Payment

  • Courses may be cancelled if invoices remain unpaid 14 days before the start date.

5. Course Instructions & Responsibility

  • Bookers are responsible for ensuring joining instructions are received and understood by the delegate.

  • Failure to attend due to missed instructions will not be refunded.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Except for death or personal injury due to negligence, Dynamo’s total liability is capped at twice the course fee paid.

  • The company is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses.

7. Data Protection (GDPR)

  • Personal data will be used for course and learner administration and may be shared with relevant third-party awarding bodies.

  • You may receive marketing messages unless you've opted out.

  • Your data will never be sold to third parties.

  • You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
