Lighthouse Safety is a UK-based provider offering a comprehensive range of health, safety, environmental, and mental health training courses. Established in 2004, they deliver accredited qualifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, CITB, and Qualsafe, along with bespoke training solutions tailored to client needs. These are the terms that govern the booking, payment, cancellation, and other procedures related to the training services provided by Lighthouse Safety Training Ltd:
Payment
Full payment is required before the course begins. Results will only be processed once payment has been received, and results are processed within 7 days of course completion.
If payment is not received by this time, results will not be processed, and the course will be considered obsolete.
Payment can be made via debit/credit card or bank transfer. A 3% fee applies to corporate credit card payments.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be received in writing and acknowledged by Lighthouse Safety Training Ltd.
If the cancellation notice is given more than 30 working days before the course, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellations made between 7 and 30 working days before the course are eligible for a refund of 50% of the fees.
Cancellations made less than 7 working days before the course will not be refunded, and full fees are payable.
For exclusive courses run at Lighthouse Safety offices, customer sites, or other venues, the same cancellation terms apply.
A 48-hour cooling-off period applies after signing these terms and conditions, during which no cancellation fees will be enforced.
In case of course cancellation or rescheduling by Lighthouse Safety, you will be given at least 7 days' notice and will be offered a full refund or alternative dates.
If a candidate cannot attend a course due to extenuating circumstances (excluding work-related issues), transfers may be considered at Lighthouse Safety’s discretion. A valid medical certificate is required for illness-related absences; otherwise, full fees will apply for retaking the course.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
