• All certificates issued by Prime Training will be in electronic format.
• For short courses such as First Aid, certificates will be processed and ready for issuance within 2 weeks of course completion.

4. Participant Responsibilities:

• Participants are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration and throughout the course.
• Participants must adhere to all instructions provided by instructors and course materials.

5. Conduct and Behavior:

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during all course sessions.
• Disruptive behavior or conduct deemed inappropriate by Prime Training may result in expulsion from the course without refund.

6. Intellectual Property:

• All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and videos, are the intellectual property of Prime Training.
• Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or modify course materials without prior written consent from Prime Training.

7. Liability:

• Prime Training will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by participants during course sessions or related activities.
• Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the course. Any medical conditions must be declared in writing prior to the course start.
