Terms of Payment

Open Courses: Full payment must be received before the course begins.

Consultancy, Contracts, and In-House Training: Payment is due within 28 days of the invoice date. Late payment may lead to cancellation of services.
Fees, Cancellations & Refunds

Participation in any course may be refused until payment is completed.

Squared Health & Safety may change or cancel course dates, services, venues, or service providers. This includes switching from classroom to online/blended formats if classroom delivery is not feasible.

If Squared cancels a course, bookings are generally moved to the next available date unless otherwise requested by the customer.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations or Rescheduling

An admin fee of £30 may be charged for cancellations or postponements.

Cancellations via phone must be followed up immediately with written confirmation via post or email.

Refunds for e-learning or blended learning (Part 1) courses may be granted depending on the third-party provider’s refund policy.

Provisional bookings are not accepted. All bookings are confirmed upon submission and subject to the above cancellation policy.

Fees are correct at time of publication but may be amended without prior notice.

All terms are governed by the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
