Terms of Service for Virpio Security

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the basis on which Virpio Security ("we", "us", "our"), an ACS-approved security company and provider of security training services, offers training and related services to clients ("you", "your"). By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "Agreement": These Terms together with any signed service agreement, booking confirmation, or online registration.

• "Delegate": Any individual enrolled by you to attend our training.

• "Customer": The person, company, or organisation purchasing training or security services.

• "Training": Security training courses, workshops, or related services provided by Virpio Security.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Virpio Security.

• Payment in full is required to secure your place on any course prior to the start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Prices are subject to change until payment is received and confirmed.

• Failure to pay by the due date may result in withdrawal of your booking or denial of access to training.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds may be subject to an administrative fee and are at our discretion, depending on the notice period given.

• No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative dates.

4. Service Delivery

• We will use reasonable efforts to deliver training as described but reserve the right to modify course content, trainers, or venues as necessary.

• Any specified training dates are anticipated and may be subject to change.

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms or course details to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

5. Customer Obligations

• You must provide accurate and complete information regarding delegates and cooperate with us in all matters relating to the training.

• Where training is delivered at your premises, you must provide suitable facilities, access, and equipment as reasonably required.

• You are responsible for ensuring that all delegates meet any prerequisites for the course.

6. Certification

• Certificates will only be issued to delegates who successfully complete the training and whose fees have been paid in full.

• We reserve the right to withhold certification if payment is outstanding.

7. Liability

• Virpio Security does not guarantee employment or further contracts as a result of training completion.

• All information and materials provided are for general guidance only. We exclude liability for inaccuracies or omissions to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• Our liability for any loss or damage arising from the provision of training services is limited to the amount paid for those services.

8. Data Protection

• We will process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our privacy policy.

• Customer data will only be used for the purposes of delivering training and associated administrative functions.

9. ACS Compliance

• As an ACS-approved contractor, we comply with the requirements of the SIA Approved Contractor Scheme, including maintaining appropriate contracts and standards for the delivery of security services.

• Any breach of ACS conditions may result in withdrawal of approval and termination of services.

10. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notification to you.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
